A: We have different mould configuration as per customer’s requirement Like 3Cr17 china steel and Din.2316 Germany steel.

Q:  Are you manufacturing or trading company?
A: We are PVC and WPC extrusion mould manufacturer and also do trading of PVC products and mould accessories.  

Q: What’s your lead time?
A: It depends on our production arrangement and customer’s requirement, normally 35 working days.

Q:What’s your payment terms?  
A: we do 50% deposit and 50% balance. As mould is customized products not on stock product.

Q: What’s support you can give to us as i am new developer on this market?
A: we could suggest machine supplier/ product design /product formula and testing support.

Q: What’s your product warranty?
A: regular configuration mould enjoy 1 year warranty, high configuration mould enjoy 10 year warranty.

Q: How do you guarantee the mould quality
A: we have strict production and quality check department. We have our own testing workshop,we can make trial before mould delivery.

Q:How to receive an quotation in the shortest time?
A:When you send us inquiry, please kindly make sure all details with us, such as quantity, cavity, sample etc. You can provide us a sample, we will help finish the 3D drawing design.

Q:Can I get sample ?
A:We can provide free sample, but you need to afford the shipping costs.

Q: Can I get discounts?
A: Yes. Old customer and frequent customers, we give reasonable discounts.

Q: What's the Mould package？

A: All the moulds will be packed by wooden case, which can protect the mould very well, and the wooden case is fumigation-free.

A: 1. Can be quick assembling as die plates with straight pins.
2. Scientific cavity design and polished channel to ensure smooth extrusion and higher extrusion speed.

A: 1. Calibrator is designed with inside and outside double circulating water cooling system to shape the profile quickly.

5. Mould material has been specially treated, which is to extend the service life.
